They kindly did it for Free but found no problems, instead said that there were Error reports in the Viewer pointing towards a faulty USB causing the crash. When i check the Event Viewer it seemed to be related to a Kernel Power Event 41(63), so i searched the forums and it said it might be related to a faulty PSU, bingo i just had a new one installed so i took my PC to PC World and asked if they could have a look at it.

The sound and visuals will all just freeze and then the PC will restart itself- no bluescreen and no DMP file. Recently i have been getting a problem where my screens will freeze- usually when im playing a game. I installed a fresh copy of windows 10 onto my SSD (although have left the windows 7 relic on the HDD as i dont want to format the drive).

Have been having some issues with my PC for a while, however recently they have changed.
